A leading company in payroll management seeks a Payroll Specialist responsible for executing compliant payroll processes. As a crucial member of the team, you will handle payroll for a diverse employee base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.
This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large, shift-based employee base across multiple locations.
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations including night shift differentials, and attendance-linked incentives.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage employee benefits, deductions, and taxation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for internal and external audits.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax codes, and labor legislation.
Requirements:
Knowledge in tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
Having Overseas payroll experience is highly preferred.
