Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent; pastry/baking certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce premium cakes, desserts and plated sweets to the highest standards.
• Develop and innovate new dessert menus that wow guests.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation and taste in every creation.
• Manage central kitchen operations, ingredients and equipment efficiently.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team and management.
