Job description

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring all inquiries regarding problematic delivery issues are addressed promptly on a daily basis across all mediums and closed in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time frame.
• Verify all claims submissions from claimants.
• Prepare weekly reports on related problematic delivery issues.
• Ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP.
• Inform relevant stakeholders about issues tagged to order(s).
• Ensure accuracy of data input into the recovery system.
• Assist the Manager/Head with any ad hoc projects and analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• 2 years of working experience in courier services is an advantage.
• Process and detail-oriented with meticulous attention to following processes.
• Good analytical, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach, with work closely related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to quickly grasp operational processes and systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity and sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Quick learner, capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment.
