Job Description
We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee and manage facility engineering maintenance and services. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- FEMS Operations: Lead effective execution of maintenance programs including Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown, Routine Inspections, Proactive Maintenance, User Requests, and Return-to-Work (RTW) programs, aligned with the Concession Agreement and SOPs.
- Technical Documentation & Reports: Develop and maintain technical documents such as Condition Appraisals, Technical Advice, Life Cycle Assessments, Warranty Defect records, and Benchmarking reports, ensuring timely updates as per contract and management directives.
- Competency Development: Plan and implement training programs for engineering staff, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), User Training (UT), and tailored modules based on departmental needs and competency gaps.
- Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, MSQH Accreditation, MOH, and other statutory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Promote adherence to quality initiatives, risk management, hazard alerts, recalls, and hazardous equipment handling in line with the Concession Agreement and HSSE programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with internal teams (HQ, RO, site teams, superiors, peers, subordinates) and external stakeholders (Ministry of Health, authorities, partners) to uphold company vision and service commitments.
- Certification & Licensing: Monitor and ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements through timely training and assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in Facility Engineering Maintenance and Services.
- Strong People Management and Organizational skills.
- Proficient in Report Writing, Documentation, Analytical and Critical Thinking.
