Executive Officer to COO

Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent writing proposal skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

A degree holder in any discipline is required.

Possession of a valid driving license.

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work long hours.

Willing to work outstation and on weekends.

Will be located at DAQR KL, Wangsa Maju.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Quran centres throughout the country.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals in introducing high-impact dakwah activities and products/programs related to dakwah and the spread of knowledge.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.

Identify areas for innovation and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in the fields of education and dakwah.
