Job description

1. Assisting in application process for tender, job, grants or loans for third parties (business entity).

2. Completing supporting documents for each application accordingly.

3. Engaging with government agencies, non-governmental agencies or individuals to complete the application needs accordingly.

4. Maintain good communication with clients.

5. Apply relevant skills in solving problems for unique needs of each project.

6. Conduct research and prepare reports to support business proposals or planning.

7. Assist in training coordination for clients or participants (venue booking, materials prep, attendance, etc.).

8. Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per client/government requirements.

9. Update internal records and databases related to applications, clients, and ongoing projects.

10. Participate in team brainstorming for innovative business or community project ideas.

Work Environment: Collaborative and growth-oriented, suitable for fresh grads and self-starters.

Advancement Opportunity: Potential for promotion to Project Executive / Manager based on performance.

Travel: Occasionally required to government agencies, clients' premises, or events.

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in business management / civil engineering / banking / science computer / secretarial or any field related

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process for tender,job, grants or loans

Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the company's value proposition

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and agencies

Strong project management skills to ensure tenders, job, grant or loan are delivered on time and to a high standard

Familiarity with the latest proposal and tender writing best practices and techniques

Proficient in computers, Ai software and applications
