We're looking for a sharp and motivated Executive, Demand & Supply Chain to help streamline our inventory flow, support cross-functional operations, and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholder.
Responsibilities- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of invoicing, payment tracking, and stock reconciliation.
- External Coordination: Work closely with supply chain partners and brand representatives to manage purchase orders and ensure SOP compliance.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor the operational flow of stock movement across the company to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- System Utilisation: Use Distributor Management System (DMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient distribution.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data consistency across all systems with proper documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyse purchase order (PO) data to provide key operational insights and performance metrics.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in roles involving: Invoicing, billing, AR/AP, Procurement, supply chain, or demand planning.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with DMS and WMS systems is a strong advantage.
- Action-Oriented: Thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable working with tight timelines.
- Ownership & Accountability: Proactively drives tasks to completion and addresses issues without needing constant supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in managing purchase orders, inventory tracking, and data accuracy.
- Strong Communicator: Able to coordinate with international teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable: Ready to adjust processes and strategies based on shifting business needs and priorities.
