Position Summary

Manage, monitor, and control operations manuals and documentation to ensure safe and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the production of quality documents in compliance with industry and company standards.
  2. Plan and manage the department's financial and budget requirements to ensure proper funding for operations.
  3. Plan and provide training for support staff to enhance skills and knowledge aligned with company direction and digitalization efforts related to cockpit technology.
  4. Receive training as an approved trainer for EDMS / Airbus FODM related systems and serve as the focal point for Flight Operations manuals coordination.
  5. Handle finance processes including PR/PO/GR and purchasing related to RFQ/RFP processes.
  6. Participate in department projects and enhancement programs aligned with the ABP, lead CSR initiatives, and liaise regarding LIDO Navigation matters.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Degree in Information Technology with 0-3 years of experience or Diploma in Information Technology with 4 years’ experience in aviation documentation regulation.
  2. Certificate in Aviation Management with 0-2 years’ experience.
Personality Traits
  1. Understanding of data security standards and PDP policies.
  2. Knowledge of aircraft technology related to document management systems.
  3. Familiarity with aircraft monitoring systems and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Awareness of regulatory requirements for e-enabled aircraft operations and policies.
  5. Adaptability to rapid technological changes.
