Job Responsibilities:

1. Vet accuracy of documents within turnaround time for execution of facility documents.
2. Check advise of release received from solicitors and ensure all relevant terms & conditions have been complied with prior to recommendation for loan disbursement.
3. Verify supporting documents for disbursement of loan and follow up with relevant stakeholders on discrepancies.
4. Create facility account & payment vouchers and update status in the system, ensuring data accuracy.
5. Prepare Letters of Undertaking and other mortgage-related documents.
6. Conduct periodic risk control self-assessment and perform other ad-hoc functions as required by management.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies
• Fresh graduates and those with suitable experience are welcome to apply
• Working Location: PJ City - Petaling Jaya
