LGMS is seeking a creative, tech-curious, and energetic Content Marketing Junior Executive to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will help demystify cybersecurity through engaging, educational, and trendy short-form content across our social channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media & Campaign Ideation:

• Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaign ideas across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Translate complex cybersecurity topics (e.g., phishing awareness, data privacy, threat intelligence) into simple, entertaining, and digestible content for diverse audiences.
• Maintain a consistent social media content calendar and assist in community engagement (responding to comments, trend-jackings).
• Collaborate closely with our in-house designer to request, brief, and align static graphics, infographics, and brand design assets for campaigns.

Content Shooting &Video Production:

• Lead end-to-end short-form video creation—from scripting and storyboarding to shooting and editing.
• Plan and host on-camera pieces, interviews with internal cybersecurity experts, or behind-the-scenes office content.
• Utilize mobile video gear and light videography tools to capture high-quality footage on location or in the office.
• Perform fast-turnaround video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile editing apps (adding captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and music).

Event Coverage & Recaps:

• Attend company events, cybersecurity conferences, webinars, and product launch activations to capture real-time media.
• Produce engaging event recap videos, highlight reels, live stories, and post-event social posts to amplify brand presence.

Trend Monitoring & Performance Tracking:

• Stay on top of viral TikTok/Reels trends, audio clips, pop culture moments, and emerging social media formats.
• Adapt relevant trends quickly to fit our brand voice and security messaging.
• Monitor basic content metrics (reach, engagement, video completion rates) and propose ideas for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or video editing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply!).
• Proficient in CapCut (desktop or mobile) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid visual eye with experience in mobile videography, framing, lighting, and basic sound capture.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera or directing team members during shoots.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, Copy.ai, or CapCut AI features) for rapid content brainstorming, copywriting assistance, storyboarding, scriptwriting, or generating initial visual and video concepts will be an added advantage.
• Possession of own transportation is preferred for commuting to local events.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
