At Christine's Bakery, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to help tell our brand story and enhance its presence within the community. This role is key to bringing our bakery’s vision to life through creative campaigns, impactful messaging, and innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing efforts that highlight the essence of Christine's Bakery, from new product launches to seasonal promotions. Your responsibilities include creating engaging content and implementing strategic marketing plans to amplify our brand message and leave a lasting impression.
A combination of creativity, organization, and strategic thinking will be essential as you manage various marketing projects across multiple channels. The goal is to embody Christine’s spirit, engage customers at every touchpoint, and ensure all marketing efforts reflect our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing materials, advertisements, and content aligned with Christine’s brand identity.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Manager and other teams such as Product Development and Purchasing to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and collaborations in line with seasonal and promotional calendars.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, event materials, social media, and other channels.
- Support media relations efforts, including press events, food reviews, and publicity activities.
- Manage Christine’s brand identity and facilitate communication between internal teams to maximize opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for key product categories, aligning with marketing goals.
- Work with third-party agencies and internal teams to execute brand campaigns, including social media, ATL/BTL, and on-the-ground events.
- Oversee internal and external brand initiatives, maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop cost-effective marketing plans within set budgets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and sales data to generate insights.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and track industry trends.
- Assist in sales planning, including product pricing and promotional schedules.
- Provide regular reports on brand progress, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion for food & beverage marketing and storytelling.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
