Responsibilities
  • Project a positive image by communicating MAH activities among its members and in the tourism industry.
  • Maintain and manage all social media platforms for MAH & MAHTEC, providing current information and news updates regularly.
  • Develop budgets and execute strategies for social media marketing, including content management to promote the Association’s image, increase awareness, and build good rapport.
  • Prepare communication collaterals and promotional materials such as press releases, speeches, media briefings, Q&As, digital marketing content, and social media posts aligning with the Association’s objectives.
  • Create marketing materials for various media platforms, including brochures, banners, advertisements, corporate gifts, and in-house collaterals.
  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content, including images, videos, and infographics.
  • Recommend, utilize, and optimize communication platforms to engage different audiences and market segments.
  • Develop PR strategies and activities to enhance the brand, including member and media engagement, events, and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs to ensure good coverage of the Association and its programs.
  • Collaborate with government ministries and media outlets for promotion of the hotel industry through publications and advertisements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and societal stimuli.
  • Monitor media outlets daily to gather industry information and share updates with members via MAH News.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO as needed.
