A leading convenience store chain in Malaysia seeks a Marketing Executive to handle campaign planning, POSM development, and digital coordination. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement marketing strategies effectively. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in marketing and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Support the end-to-end planning and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns driven by the Merchandising Department, including promotions, co-branded launches, and new product rollouts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies, and designers to manage timelines, approvals, and asset development.
• Ensure campaign materials are effectively deployed across POSM, in-store TV, My7E app notifications, social media, and digital platforms.
2. POSM Development & Visual Merchandising
• Manage the development of point-of-sale materials (POSM) — including posters, wobblers, shelf talkers, and promotional signage — from briefing to printing and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate artwork delivery based on store distribution lists.
• Conduct store audits to validate compliance and gather field feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to coordinate the timely delivery and rollout of campaign-related materials.
3. Digital & Social Content Coordination
• Liaise with the digital team or agency to align paid media content with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate content creation, including social posts, product highlights, and promotional videos, in line with campaign messaging and branding.
• Monitor digital campaign performance (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and provide insights for optimization.
4. Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the marketing point-of-contact for supplier-led campaigns under Merchandising, ensuring all agreed commitments (e.g., visibility, POSM support, timelines) are fulfilled.
• Provide creative feedback, manage artwork submissions, and align campaign expectations between internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Merchandising team to align on product pipelines, promo schedules, and campaign readiness.
5. Reporting & Budget Tracking
• Track and compile campaign performance metrics, such as average transaction value (ATV), average per sales day (APSD), sell-through rates, and promotional redemptions.
• Manage PR/PO documentation, tracking spend vs. forecast.
• Support in preparing weekly sales communication updates and monthly marketing reports for internal reviews.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail environments.
• Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking with good visual and design sensibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
