Job Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operations Management


Plan and ensure transport operation activities and procurement transaction (Transportation: daily schedule for truck and driver, truck safety and maintenance inspection, pool car monitoring, manpower availability, consumable item delivery, all related document returned and verified, all license updated into ASIS. Procurement: purchase order issuing, tendering process. Store: new linen storage and delivery, order and receiving spare part) are executed according to company Standard Operating Procedure and concession agreement.

  • Plants Operation Business Plan


Coordinate OPEX procurement verification process including monitoring and controlling the budget in line with Business Plans including monitoring the Goods Received Verification (GRV) and PO ageing for all services more than 60 days to support effective procurement and accounting.

  • Inventory Management & Control


Supervise smooth running of inventory management, store management and new linen order in Plant to achieve the KPI Inventory control (stock accuracy) which comprises of monitoring of stock holding, monthly closing, and fast-moving items.

  • Procurement Management


Check and verify all submissions of Purchase Requisition, Management Paper, Material Request Issuance, Certificate of Completion, Request for quotation is accurate in accordance to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP) target.

  • Vendor Performance Review


Coordinate yearly Vendor Performance Review to evaluate the performance of every vendor to meet the requirement as per set by General Procurement Contract Management policies.

  • Project Governance & Improvement


Ensure transport operations meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, JPJ, Puspakom, SPAD and local authority) in line with ISO standards and legal regulations.

  • Reporting


Provide report and analysis on Plants Transportation Performance (Vehicle Performance, Clinical Waste and Laundry Linen Mileage, Monthly Cost Repair and Vehicle Maintenance & License Summary) and Procurement and Store (Purchase Order Ageing and Monthly Stocktake) reports to Head of Plant as per Management requirement to align with operational effectiveness.

  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)


Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulation at workplace. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) at agreed frequency set by management.

  • Knowledge Management


Implement and maintain appropriate knowledge management within area of expertise to enable success in the current and future projects and enhancing pace in development.

  • Stakeholder Management


Sustain stakeholder management for Internal (Head Quarters, Regional Office and Hospital Support Services) and External (Vendors, JPJ, PDRM, PUSPAKOM, SPAD, DOE, MINDEF and Private Customer) parties to help sustain smooth operations from mutual trust, as well as enhance business integrity and opportunities.

  • Personal Development


Internalize the right behaviours, mindset and capabilities required by the organisation. Attend competency training to comply with contractual requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
