Job summary

A leading company in logistics is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage customs handling and delivery monitoring. The successful candidate will prepare reports, renew licenses, and liaise with forwarding companies. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and a relevant diploma/degree, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Capable of handling all customs-related matters per LMW procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs and timely delivery monitoring for imports/exports.
• Prepare monthly/yearly reports and renew necessary licenses.
• Liaise with forwarding companies for shipment tracking.

Job description

Customs handling and timely delivery monitoring includes import & export.

Arrange transportation for local/international collection and delivery (Material/Component).

Prepare monthly and yearly reports, including renewals of LMW license, Duty Import exemption, diesel permit, etc., as per business requirements.

Yearly report – M4.

Other tasks include applications for waste, scrap, and other matters, as well as new exemption lists and renewal of Duty import Exemption.

Liaise with forwarding companies to collect cargo and track shipments.

Responsible for K1 form descriptions according to the LMW list.

Check HS codes, packing lists, invoices, and record GRNs in shared folders according to the LMW Exemption List.

Detailed tasks are listed in the enclosed training list.

Perform other tasks as needed or on an ad hoc basis as instructed by superiors, managers, or MD.
