Functional Responsibilities

1. Review accounts/cards for instructions to file of POD – monthly & ad-hoc instructions.
2. Review/ensure all accounts and cards’ AORO by third-party and discharge bankruptcy date updated into system in a timely manner.
3. Retrieve & follow up on copies of judgment and POD filed from lawyers.
4. Retrieve security documents in a timely manner.
5. Prepare/review SOA to ensure the POD amount is correct.
6. Allocate and assign filing of POD to panel lawyers according to the approved assignment matrix.
7. Ensure POD instructions are followed up thoroughly and promptly.
8. Check POD copies prepared by panel lawyers before proceeding with PA execution.
9. Update/review/ensure POD status in the system & master listings promptly.
10. Process and disseminate AKPK BLD / AKPK DMP listing to CCLO team for updates & withhold/discontinue ongoing civil actions weekly. Compile and revert AKPK BLD.
