Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a detail‑driven regulatory reporting analyst to support IFRS 17 valuation results for regulatory submissions. You will assist in monthly actuarial IFRS 17 results and develop data workflows using Power Query and Alteryx to transform data from Finance and Actuarial sources.

The role focuses on data reconciliations, control checks, variance analysis, and documentation to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with IFRS 17 reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency in preparing actuarial IFRS 17 results and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly BNM ITSR reporting responsible in preparing IFRS 17 valuation results for regulatory submission.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly actuarial related IFRS 17 results.
• Execute Power Query and Alteryx workflows to compile data from Finance and Actuarial source and transform to the file format required for submission.
• Perform data reconciliations, control checks, variance analysis, and result validation to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation, change logs, audit evidence, and supporting controls.
