Job description

Assist in HR tasks (opportunity to exposed into full scope of HR Spectrum)

Maintaining employees data in the HR system

Provide assistance in end-to-end recruitment activities

Assist to manage employees onboarding & offboarding

Arrange quarterly orientation sessions

To provide support in Training & Development related activities (training arrangements, HRDC grant submission and follow ups, data maintenance including attendance, evaluation forms & certificates).

Assist the Team in preparing and updating monthly reports/ any ad-hoc dashboard and projects.

To ensure the upkeeping and track of documents, including employee records related to training, medical leave, and other employee data.

To review and update Department plans and policies including but not limited to Handbook, Recruitment, Training & Education Assistant Plan.

Coordination of Performance & Talent Calibration sessions for BMS & Service Providers.

Preparation and submission for LHDN stamping for all contracts.

Work task will consist of 70% of daily operational works and 30% of project works

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Good knowledge of labor legislation

Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
