A leading financial institution is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Executive to develop and align C&B practices with business strategies. This role involves ensuring compliance, coordinating various C&B processes, and providing valuable insights through data analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the C&B function.

Develop compensation and benefits (C&B) philosophy and framework that are aligned with the organizational strategies and business goals.
Ensure that the C&B practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements e.g. pay equity, human rights.
Coordinate C&B processes such as bonus, increment and promotion exercise planning and implementation.
Produce data based recommendations on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations via different methods.
Analyze different C&B components in the organization and prepare reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
Act as the first point of contact on C&B queries such as providing consultation to line managers on C&B concepts and advisory to management in taking difficult C&B decisions.
Perform job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
Liaise with the external compensation consulting company and participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best C&B practices in the industry.
Assist in benefits administration such as subsidy application and processing.
Assist in HR reporting to Group, Senior Management, regulators bodies i.e Security Commissions, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and ensure all information submitted are accurate and up-to-date.
Job Requirements
Possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.
1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function.
Fresh graduates with keen interest and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of HR practices and prior experience in compensation cycle management.
Prior experience in banking related sectors would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
