About the role

Mofaz Exotic Car Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Executive Human Resources to join our team in Bukit Lanjan Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is a crucial part of our HR function, responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and support to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing?

Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations.

Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax codes, and labor legislation.

Review and verify employee attendance time-sheets for accuracy, cross-referencing with system, attendance records, and leave applications.

Processing and approving leave requests in e-leave system while ensuring appropriate coverage and adherence to policy.

(3) Staff movement (Recruitment, On boarding and Off boarding)

Prepare the related document, offer letter, promotion, confirmation, acceptation resignation and any related document.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes and on boarding.

(4) Training & Performance Management

Process end-to-end HRDF Grant & Claim submission.

Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

(5) Others and Administrative Support

Support employee engagement and disciplinary processes.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management

What we're looking for?

Educational background:Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for the role.

Language skills:Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Experience level:Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, as this role offers great learning opportunities.

HR knowledge:Familiarity with HR policies and Malaysian labour laws is beneficial but not mandatory.

Technical skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to efficiently manage HR-related tasks.

Personal attributes:Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
