Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures professionally and effectively for designated subject
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a related field. Preference will be given to Master degree holders
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- IT literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and able to work in a team
- Patient and caring towards young adults
EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational matters relating to HR and provide the relevant services to staff of the college
- Coordinate training programmes and recruitment exercises
- Assist in planning and organising staff activities
- Maintain and update HR records, databases and procedures
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR administration
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels
- Positive work attitude and able to work independently within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
EXECUTIVE - STUDENT RELATIONS
Responsibilities:
- New student recruitment for enrolment into available programmes
- Provide responsible and accurate education consultation for further studies
- Represent college at marketing and student recruitment activities including school events, education fairs and roadshows etc
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in any field
- Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
- Independent and performance-oriented with good multi-tasking capabilities
- Creative, personable and enjoys working with young people
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel domestically
EXECUTIVE - STUDENT SERVICES
Responsibilities:
- Propose, plan, organise and manage events including student activities, orientations and campus-wide programmes
- Liaise with student bodies including Student Council and Clubs or Societies, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive campus experience
- Work closely with collaborative departments and external partners to organise activities and events that enrich the student experience and add value to their campus life
- Promote sustainability values by incorporating eco-friendly practices into student activities and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide professional and accessible services to students
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
- Prior experience in student liaison or event management is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and timely execution
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possesses a pleasant personality with self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Flexible and open to learning, adaptable and enjoy working with youth
