Job description

Executive, Human Resource & Administration

Responsible for planning and executing the company's overall human resources functions, including recruitment, staff payroll, training, manpower planning, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle payroll matters ensuring all documentation related to payments such as salaries, overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions are processed promptly. Prepare inter-company charges for manpower costs and relevant reports.
  2. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and issuing employment letters.
  3. Ensure all documentation for new employees complies with ISO standards.
  4. Conduct onboarding for new hires and exit interviews for resigning staff.
  5. Support the annual performance appraisal process according to the company's performance management system.
  6. Implement training programs as per the annual training plan.
  7. Manage employee compensation and benefits activities, ensuring adherence to approved schemes like insurance and allowances.
  8. Participate in employee relations activities within the allocated budget.
  9. Provide HR policy guidance to employees.
  10. Handle daily office administration tasks such as filing, requisitions, supplier management, and staff deployment for maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of C&B functions and ISO 9001:2015 standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks systematically and work well in a team.
