Executive, Human Resource & Administration

Responsible to perform and support on planning and execution of company’s overall human resources functions which includes recruitment, staff payroll, training, manpower planning, talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• To handle and carry out payroll matters so that to all documentation pertaining to the payments i.e. salaries, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions are carried out promptly; prepare inter – company charges of manpower costs; documentation for payroll are in order for inclusion in monthly payroll payments; prepare any manpower costs reports, etc

• To assist with recruitment matters i.e. for job posting on job portals, filtering of candidates, arrangements for interviews with hiring manager, handling the hiring process to issuance of letter of appointment and notification of reporting dates, etc

• To check and compile all documentation for new employees are done in accordance to the required ISO documentation.

• To assist with the carrying out of new employee induction to new joiners and exit interviews with resigning staff.

• To assist with execution of the annual performance appraisal exercise in line with the approved performance management system.

• To carry out any learning and development requirements in accordance to the annual training plan.

• To carry out any employees’ compensation and benefits exercise and check that it is in line with approved programmes and schemes such as insurance, leave, eligible allowances, etc.

• To assist and carry out any Employee relations activities and programmes within the allocated budget.

• To provide advisory support to employees on HR policies and procedures.

• To handle office administration matters on day to day operational matters such as documents filing and compiling, to process requisitions, supplier appointments, deployment of staff for maintenance

Job Requirements

At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Law or related discipline.

Minimum 2 – 4 years of working experience in human resources.

Knowledge in C&B function / ISO 9001:2015 standard will be an advantage

Able to handle multiple tasks systematically and a team player.
