Job description

Develop and update the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Plan.

Source and coordinate training programs, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives.

Administer HRDF applications and claims with PSMB.

Ensure ISO compliance in training documentation, attend audits as required.

Maintain training records accurately.

2. Performance Management

Manage the performance management framework, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback systems.

Update and optimize performance tools, tracking individual and team trends.

Collaborate on succession planning for key talent.

3. Recruitment and Onboarding

Prepare and post job ads, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.

Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

4. Industrial Relations

Support industrial relations and union management, fostering a compliant, positive work environment.

Handle employee relations issues and assist in union discussions as needed.

5. Confidentiality

Safeguard all sensitive data, sharing only with authorized personnel to ensure privacy and HR compliance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR functions with focus on Training & Development, Performance Management, and Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of industrial relations, union management, and employee engagement strategies.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Familiarity with HRDF administration, ISO procedures, and performance management tools.
