Job summary

A leading aviation services company in Selangor is seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage various HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and is knowledgeable in Malaysian labor laws. This position is open to Malaysian citizens only, with applications due by October 2, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Open for Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate HR matters as per company direction.
  • Involve in manpower planning and budget execution.
  • Perform mapping of organizational structure.
  • Monitor job descriptions and ensure updates.
  • Work with stakeholders on recruitment processes.
  • Implement policies for departmental performance.
  • Monitor budget consumption for staff costs.

Skills

Good in written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Knowledge in SAP Organization Management Module
Familiar with Employment Act, Malaysian Labor Law & Industrial Relation Act
Sufficient knowledge in all areas of human resource functions
Team work and excellent communication skills

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Execute and coordinate on HR matter under UTW to ensure it is align with company direction and business requirement.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Manpower Planning
    • Involve in the execution of plan and exercise related to yearly budget for staff cost and manpower planning
  • Organizational Structure & Design
    • Perform mapping exercise for organization structure to align with approve manpower for realignment /transfer/scholar.
    • Assist in update and maintain Organization Management module in the eMAGE System.
  • Job Description (JD)
    • Monitor the establishment of new positions and ensure the job description and the competency are updated according to function.
    • Ensure all Job Descriptions are up to date and aligned with business needs.
    • Compile the established JD
  • Recruitment
    • Work closely and communicate with stakeholders and HC to ensure all advertisement is fulfilling their requirement and aligns with company policies and procedures.
    • Involve in any recruitment process as and when required i.e.; open interview, career fair etc.
    • Ensure all advertised position are fill-up within the prescribe time
    • Being the panel interview as and when required.
  • Performance
    • To supervise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.
    • To influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues.
    • To implement policies and strategies for the development, implementation and monitoring of local service delivery performance standards.
    • To implement the monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
    • To coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
    • To record, collate and retain management information to demonstrate progress against KPIs and departmental goals and objectives.
  • Administrative
    • Leave monitoring for the team.
    • Budget consumption staff cost/OPEX.
  • Limitation in resources coordination due to internal factors such as budgetary requirement, departmental, integration and etc.
  • Execution of change management program may develop resistance among organization members
Skills
  • Good in written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge in SAP Organization Management Module.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, Malaysian Labor Law & Industrial Relation Act.
  • Have sufficient knowledge in all areas of human resource functions.
  • Team work, excellent communication skills with various level of people, fast leaner, self-starter with positive attitude.
