This role will assist the Team Leader team in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. This role will be responsible in the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and ensures it is performed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles full spectrum of payroll processing.
  • Attend to clients enquiries and provide professional HR & payroll advice according to standards & processes set by the Company.
  • Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
  • Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration, enquiries & make payment to Statutory Bodies.
  • Study monthly payroll advice received from client & input payroll data into payroll system.
  • Perform as a checker on the junior's tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Certificate in any field of study preferably in HRM.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR/ Payroll, relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing will be an added advantage;
  • Candidates with more years of experience can be consider for team lead position.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person.
