Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, foreign workers management, KPI monitoring, disciplinary actions, company events, etc.
  2. Carry out the day-to-day HR activities of the organization.
  3. Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases.
  4. Assist in the implementation of company policies.
  5. Prepare letters, documents, reports, and other related tasks.
  6. Prepare and update Process Flows and SOPs.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in HR or equivalent.
  • Explore Malaysian HR groups and forums on social media to understand challenges and dynamics in HR.
  • Responsible, smart, aggressive, result-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate professional work ethics.
  • Good time and stress management skills.
  • Willing to handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Language requirements: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Multilingual abilities, Ability to interact well with all employee levels.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
  • Malaysian only.
Remuneration

Salary: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
