JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Administer executive and staff level employment movement such as hiring/ confirmation/ transfer/ promotion/ resignation/ termination/ salary adjustment in SAP system
  • Ensure all employment movement of employees are captured accurately in SAP system and the documentation/ letter is prepared and dispatched to the concerning Head of Department / employee in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the data in SAP system is keyed in and maintained accurately to avoid inaccurate payment of salary
  • Administer the issuance of ID cards to employees, student trainees, and third-party contractors
  • Ensure that all leaves are keyed into the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Source for right candidate, interview candidates and perform reference/background checking for internship placement
  • Ensure timely processing of medical claims, clinic and hospital bills
  • Assist in the submission of SOCSO and Insurance claim
  • Preparation of Human Resources weekly/monthly report
  • Assist in organizing company annual events and projects as and when required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related Human Resource field
  • Achievement oriented to accomplish tasks/responsibilities assigned
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be proactive, possess high confidentiality level, integrity and professionalism
  • Work as team player and ability to build good working relationships with Management and employees.
