Job Summary

Responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and certify content and measure the use of analytics within PowerBI.
  • Assist in deck preparation for sales reporting & other sales-related matters.
  • Gather user requirements and assist in sales system enhancement to ease daily operations.
  • Monitor and review Sales Commission Program on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Ensure daily operations comply with internal controls, policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent and sales award events.
  • Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.
  • Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching, and support to Sales Administration Staff.
  • Plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities for central administrative tasks.

- A&P Budget Tracking

- System subscriptions and renewals

- Ariba

  • Comply with all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment as required by the Company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Administration, or equivalent.
