Job Description:
  • Attend incoming calls and respond to customers' queries and requests in a courteous and professional manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Provide high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction by resolving queries at first contact where possible.
  • Personalize service by cross-selling and up-selling products and services suitable for customers.
  • Keep records of all call information in line with SOP; escalate unresolved issues to Team Manager / Service Manager for resolution.
  • Achieve individual targets and goals while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Strive to exceed productivity and KRA targets.
Jobholder Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Fresh graduates from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply; diploma and SPM holders are also welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Patience, confidence, active listening, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Basic PC knowledge and adaptability to new software applications.
  • Willingness to work in shifts during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (allowance provided).
  • Willing to work in PJ City / OUG / Kelana Jaya.
