Executive - Group Operations (Customer Relationship) - 11

Job Description:
  1. Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries and requests courteously and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  2. Deliver high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction by resolving queries at first contact where possible.
  3. Personalize service through cross-selling and up-selling suitable products and services.
  4. Keep records of all call information in line with SOP; escalate unresolved matters to Team Manager / Service Manager.
  5. Achieve individual targets and goals while maintaining quality and compliance.
  6. Strive to exceed productivity and KRA targets consistently.
Jobholder Requirements:
  1. Malaysian citizen.
  2. Open to fresh graduates from various backgrounds, including Diploma and SPM holders.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  4. Patient, confident, attentive to details, with active listening and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
  6. Basic PC knowledge and adaptability to new software.
  7. Willing to work on shifts during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (allowance provided).
  8. Willing to work in PJ City / OUG / Kelana Jaya.
