In this entry-level role, you will assist in coordinating campus events, engaging with students and university partners, and supporting the execution of recruitment strategies.   • Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment initiatives in line with the Firm’s talent acquisition strategy to attract high-potential university students and recent graduates
  • Represent the Firm at campus-related events such as university career fairs, recruitment talks, networking sessions, and on-campus interviews to enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in preparing engaging recruitment materials and content tailored for student audiences, including event collateral, digital assets, and post-event surveys to gather feedback and improve future outreach efforts



Employer Branding

  • Assist to strengthen BDO’s Employment Value Proposition in line with BDO’s employer brand strategy as one of the top employers of choice for professional and graduate hires
  • Responsible for building/extending good rapport/relationships with various stakeholders including government talent agencies, universities and professional bodies


Other Responsibilities

  • Assist the People & Culture team in execution of various Employee Engagement activities internally
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to the preparation of payment vouchers and AMLA-related documentation

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education
  • A recognised degree in Human Resources, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one year of relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates with strong interest in campus recruitment are also encouraged to apply
