In your new position, you will oversee the management of IT system functions, including OPUS, ALPHA, SAT, and E-Quote. This role entails handling all responsibilities linked to the Property Department to ensure the seamless efficiency of operations within the department.

You'll be responsible for:

To support Business User (BU) for Fire and Miscellaneous classes including Package products and enhancements in OPUS/SAT/ALPHA/E-Quote

Technical support to Branches, Commercial Businessand Customer Service

Monitoring Risk and Accumulation and other function to ensure compliance to Company and Group guideline

Undertake other duties and special project to increase productivity of the department

Important to your success:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
