Design social media posts and ads.
Ensure branding is consistent in all designs.
Work with marketing for promotions.
Edit photos and videos when needed.
Update designs for events and campaigns.
Handle printing and design files properly.
Do daily checks on building systems (AC, lights, etc).
Repair and maintain equipment and facilities.
Respond to maintenance requests quickly.
Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Support during events or emergencies.
Record maintenance tasks done.
Report issues to the building manager.
