Executive - Finance Shared Service Master Data Specialist

Securing and complying with SOPs from the Finance area and monitoring compliance worldwide.

Maintaining constant contact with domestic and foreign B. Braun companies, monitoring the implementation of specifications, and providing support in case of problems.

Master Data Management:

• Timely and compliant processing of master data requirements in the areas of customers, vendors, and banks (creation, change, deletion) in the CMS system.
• Checking for duplicates and ensuring high-quality data.
• Fraud prevention/detection and safeguarding process efficiency through master data quality.
• Participation in projects related to Finance/Global Shared Service Finance.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Cooperation with different requestors and Transfer Points.
• Acting as an internal consultant for requestors to increase process efficiency.

Documentation and Training:

• Developing, modifying, and maintaining documentation and training materials.
• Training new team members, requestors, and other employees in the finance department or at other transfer points.

Optimization and Quality Improvement:

• Identifying potential areas for process optimization to continuously improve data quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in Master Data Management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, with colleagues from various countries in Asia and Germany.
• Experience in a shared service environment within a manufacturing organization.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
