Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform duties to support the accurate recording of fixed asset activity (monthly depreciation, additions, and retirements) as well as monthly FA reconciliations.
  2. Handle intercompany transactions, including issuance of BRF and accuracy of intercompany transactions recording.
  3. Act as the Inter-co Coordinator and ensure amounts owing to/by counterparties are always balanced by month end.
  4. Handle the preparation of accurate journal entries and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  5. Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting tasks, including Group reporting.
  6. Record day-to-day bank transactions, perform daily bank reconciliation, and prepare weekly cash flow reports.
  7. Prepare the monthly balance sheet and income statement along with related fluctuation analyses to provide meaningful commentary for management reporting.
  8. Prepare BS Schedule in a timely manner and follow up with outstanding items to ensure data is up to date.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
