Job description

Handle full set accounts (GL, AP & AR functions) and prepare monthly Management Accounts.

Prepare audit schedules and tax schedules.

Monitor and review property management monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Liaise with internal parties, external parties, and third-party management companies.

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledgeable in Financial Accounting, Income Tax, and Strata Management Act.

Familiar with IFCA system or similar accounting systems.

Responsible, reliable, able to work independently, committed, and able to meet deadlines.

Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
