Job Description
What can you do for us:
- Prepare financial reports using Oracle BI publisher reports and/or other sources that serve as summary information to the management team.
- Develop/Build and maintain relevant dashboard using Oracle BI
- Identify relevant insights and compile analytical reports that enable the management team to make a sound decision.
- Extract, manipulate and organize data in response to management or finance operational requests.
- Create and present key decision making data for forecasting and further analysis.
- Collaborate and work with other departments in the organization and/or Group level to obtain the necessary data in order to produce the required reports.
- Participate in any process improvement initiative whenever necessary to relook into methods of collecting data to ensure/maintain the integrity and security of the information collected for reporting purposes.
- Perform scheduling and bursting of reports using Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
- Perform data profiling and cleansing procedures to ensure data quality is maintained.
- Developed custom reports whenever required and/or a change request is being submitted.
- Analyze data to answer key questions with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Degree in IT/Accounting/Finance/Business with 2 years of working experience
- Candidates must have experience working with ERP System (Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage) and proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong knowledge in SQL for customized reporting
- Must be highly proficient in English, multilingual is an added advantage
- Proven experience in problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and organizational agility
- Ability to effectively communicate with end users, peers, and management how the software application can assist in supporting their need
- Must have strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration
- We welcome candidates who always think out of the box, a problem solver, detail oriented, positive personality and must have solid written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates who are familiar with reporting, analytics and visualization tools is an advantage
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Expecting candidates to be able to travel (we are in the airline industry!)
