Executive, Finance & Accounting (General Ledger - Penang)

• Perform general accounting day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Process all transactions accurately within the given timeframe, entering into the system or rejecting according to established procedures.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and completeness.
• Review and book accounting transactions based on Business Group inputs.
• Maintain master data such as general ledger account codes, internal orders, cost centers, and profit centers based on Business Group inputs.
• Perform analytical review and clearing of open items in Balance Sheet accounts.
• Analyze Balance Sheet accounts, including trend analysis and highlighting abnormalities to the General Accounting Team Lead.
• Execute month-end closing tasks according to work instructions and schedule.

Requirements :

• A degree, diploma, or professional certificate in a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with SAP / RPA is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang.
