YOUR MISSION:

The focus of the role is support on daily financial /accounting operations to ensure production of accurate and reliable accounting records for both external and internal reporting purposes. Provide analytical review to management is also necessary.

Task 1: Assist in Internal controls & policies adherence – Ensure all receipts of all retail stores are properly accounted for. Highlight anomalies immediately.

Task 2: Responsible on monthly, quarterly and annual closing for Retail to ensure fulfillment of all the reporting requirements both externally and internally.

Task 3: Responsible for on time & accurate recording of invoices and payments to retail landlords.

Task 4: Assist in system implementation. Documentation of SOP in SAP to ensure quality of work.

Task 5: Support PUMA wholesale function as necessary and be able to assist in other duties as and when assigned.

YOUR TALENT:

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance or relevant studied.

Professional: 1 year of relevant working experience from retail / FMCG / trading company.

IT Skills: SAP, Excellent MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language: English
