Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in preparing full sets of accounts, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Journal for monthly closing including accruals and provisions.
• Prepare Tax Computation and liaise with tax agent for submission.
• Liaise with external auditor during yearly financial audit.

Prepare Journal for monthly closing ie Accruals, Provision, Reclassification etc

Issuance of Debit Note for back charge and Credit Note for any adjustment.

Account Receivables – Calculate and issue inter-company billing

Account Payable – ensure completeness of document, compliance to SOP and key into system

Key in new purchase of asset in fixed asset module and assigned fixed asset number for asset tagging

Prepare bank reconciliation, creditors reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation etc

Key in collection received from inter company

Monitor and follow up payment from intercompany

Liaise with external auditor during yearly financial audit

Prepare Tax Computation and liaise with tax agent for submission of Annual Tax Filing

Prepare budgets and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance to Group Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, or equivalent qualification

Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA)

At least 2-3 years of experience in preparing full sets of accounts, reconciliation, and reporting

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills
