We are seeking highly motivated Executive - Finance who are passionate about finance operations, working closely with the respective team to ensure payment is processed accurately and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements (GL) including monthly & annual Management Accounts, and explain variances on statutory numbers.
2. Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) cycle from invoice processing to payment, ensuring timelines and quality meet KPIs and targets.
3. Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle from invoice processing, collection, and settlement, ensuring timelines and quality meet KPIs and targets.
4. Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
5. Prepare monthly analysis reports and management reports as per requirements.
6. Review and approve invoices for payment based on company policies or procedures.
7. Coordinate with other departments such as accounts payable/receivable, accounting, and finance to ensure timely invoice payments.
8. Communicate with vendors/customers regarding invoice or account issues.
9. Create reports summarizing accounts payable/receivable activity across departments or entities.
10. Coordinate with banks or financial institutions regarding delinquent accounts.
11. Review and approve purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
12. Support internal and external audit requests.
13. Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and effective processes.
14. Work as a team within the finance department and with other departments.
15. Review and conduct checks & balances on all financial matters.
16. Assist in trade shows or consumer shows as needed.
17. Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management.
• Preferably 1-2 years of related experience.
• Preferably an Executive in Accounting / Auditing or similar.
• Good communication skills in English & Malay, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Possess a growth mindset, positivity, and proactiveness.
