Preparing and processing invoices, staff claims, receipts and other financial documents

To perform bank account reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and reconciliations of any assigned clearing accounts, balance sheet items, and any audit schedules

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

To keep and maintain all documentation and to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures

To assist in preparing full set of accounts for month end and year end closing

To perform other assignment as assigned by superior

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 year of experience in performing full sets of accounts.

Familiarity with accounting principles and practices

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Good planning and organizational skills

A team player with a problem-solving mindset

Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision

PC literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage
