Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
2. Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
3. Process invoices and contractor claims accurately and timely into the accounting system.
4. Prepare bills and invoices for inter-company and other debtors.
5. Update petty cash and staff disbursements in the IFCA system, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
6. Communicate with colleagues across departments and respond promptly to inquiries.
7. Perform bank reconciliations within the agreed timeline after receiving bank statements.
8. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
9. Assist with month-end closing processes.
