Ecoworld International in Klang Valley is seeking an Executive, Finance to manage accounts payable/receivable, banking tasks, and monthly closings. You will post invoices, reconcile statements, monitor cash flow, and prepare reports for financial reviews.

The role collaborates with treasury, auditors, and tax agents, supporting monthly meetings and banking matters to ensure accurate, timely financial records.

• Handle accounts payable: receive supplier invoices, verify accuracy and authorised approvals.
• Post invoices into the accounting system and monitor unpaid invoices with treasury.
• Perform creditors’ statement reconciliations to ensure no discrepancies.
• Maintain account payable records and related contract agreements.
• Coordinate with operations on daily matters and ensure proper ledgers and postings.
• Assist with monthly closing, cash flow forecasting, and related meeting materials.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; participate in monthly JMB/MC meetings.

## EXECUTIVE, FINANCEApply: Klang Valley: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: November 30, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): JR100982**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!**Job descriptions* Handling account payables – receiving supplier invoice, verifying accuracy of invoice, verifying authorised approver, proper invoice data capturing into system and posting.* Manage unpaid invoices and liaise with treasury team for payments arrangement.* Perform creditors’ statement reconciliation to ensure no discrepancy or error in the accounting record with supplier.* File and maintain account payable records and contract agreements (if any).* Monitoring and maintaining the proper record of account receivables.* To verify payment requisition form for deposit refunds and other payments.* Perform daily collections verification.* Perform bi-weekly bank reconciliation (mid-month and end-month).* Liaise with operation team on daily operational matters.* To manage general ledger reconciliation, pass journals and resolve discrepancy.* Prepare monthly account closing, cash flow forecast, collection report and monthly meeting materials.* To liaise with auditor and tax agent.* To attend monthly JMB/MC Meeting.* Handling treasury tasks such as payments, other receipts and etc.* Handling banking matters such as fixed deposit managements, change of bank authorised signatories, manage user maintenance for online banking and liaise with committees on any banking related issues.The selection process may take some time as we carefully consider each talent that comes our way.
