Job Responsibility
- Internal Customer Management
- Directly contribute to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in alignment with country targets.
- Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures.
- Cultivate a high-performance service culture within the sales team, ensuring team members meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and progress in their development.
- Conduct weekly Sales Performance reviews and coaching sessions, involving relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Identify employee development programs, training needs, and conduct appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement programs.
- Allocate appropriate resources and secure staff commitment to achieving objectives and targets.
- Foster sustainable and trusting relationships through a well-harmonized and well-developed sales force.
- Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the Country Sales Head to deliver "best in class" sales competence throughout the sales teams, including harmonized processes for competency development, recruitment, induction, objective setting, appraisal, in-role development, and incentives.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support sales development programs and initiatives.
- Work alongside local functional heads on day-to-day activities, tactical plans, and strategic decisions.
- Reporting
- Build a robust territory to ensure accounts perform and grow to their maximum potential, minimizing attrition rate and opportunities for competitors.
- Develop knowledge of products/services and commercial awareness to provide guidance to sales teams.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Maintain customer business information and update business activities in the CRM system.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or degree
- 2-3 years’ experience leading sales processes and people at multiple levels.
- Experience in leading field sales teams.
- Candidate required to travel
- Experience in Field sales process management, Sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- An added advantage for Mandarin speakers in this role is the preference for managing the Chinese market.
