Job Responsibilities :
  1. Contribute directly to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring growth rates that enhance market share in line with country targets.
  2. Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures.
  3. Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in developing customer strategies to secure competitor business.
  4. Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  5. Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals.
  6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  7. Maintain and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  8. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
  9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
  • Proven success and aggressiveness in sales.
