A leading company in Consumer Goods is seeking a sales professional for their Miri territory. The successful candidate will manage sales actions, oversee customer relationships, and track performance. A background in sales with strong communication skills is essential for success in this role.

Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g., plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits) to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
Track team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and areas for development.
Execute sales activities for assigned territories, including product presentations, marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing displays, and in-store merchandising.
Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate sales agreements. Monitor competitors' activities and produce reports based on merchandising data.
Recommend practical actions to counter competition.
Prepare sales reports and forecast sales/margin projections.
Monitor customer demand fluctuations and highlight unusual changes.
Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and related areas.
Track and collect payments from customers. Investigate, resolve, and log customer issues, advising on follow-up actions.
Maintain customer relationships by managing and interpreting their requirements.
Follow up with customers, respond to queries, and solicit additional orders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
Support relationship development with key customers.
