Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate sales teams to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.

General Responsibilities
  1. Support superiors in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient resource usage.
  2. Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g., plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits) to achieve sales targets.
  3. Track team progress against KPIs and sales plans; provide feedback on execution and development areas.
  4. Execute sales activities, including product portfolio management, marketing plan implementation, order taking, display setups, and in-store merchandising.
  5. Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate sales agreements.
  6. Monitor competitors' activities and produce reports; recommend actions to counter competition.
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts; track customer demand fluctuations.
  8. Coordinate activities to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer issues, advising on follow-up actions.
  10. Maintain customer relationships, interpret requirements, respond to queries, and solicit orders.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely product delivery and relationship development.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Preferably at least 5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics Appliances industry.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable to new challenges and changing environments.
