Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Plan, manage, and monitor the operation and maintenance works, ensuring they meet specified standards, best practices, and quality to guarantee the serviceability and reliability of facilities, as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Develop, review, and execute the master part replacement program (conveyor and tray system) and manage the operating budget and contracts.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations, legislations, Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008, EMS, OHSAS, and other certifications.
- Analyze the cost implications of maintenance and repair activities and recommend budgets.
- Provide guidance, advice, and direction to subordinates to ensure high-standard maintenance with quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on new technology to plan for future enhancements and efficiency improvements of airport systems and facilities.
- Assist with special projects to ensure airport system and facility requirements are properly addressed.
- Produce technical reports and analyses on facility and equipment breakdowns and recommend improvements.
- Execute the master part replacement program and manage Material Management (MM) within SAP System, overseeing the overall status of the part replacement program.
- Plan and monitor maintenance work to ensure serviceability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for safe and efficient airport operations.
- Implement 5S and participate in the WCM project.
- Assist with investigations into mechanical issues and recommend viable solutions.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems, maintaining high IT and PLC system performance, providing technical input into infrastructure design, and staying abreast of industry best practices.

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
External
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA of 3.0
Relevant Industries
Internal
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years relevant supervisory experience
Must maintain a performance rating of at least: Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B, and Minimum Meets Expectations / C for two consecutive years. Employees must not have disciplinary punishments in the past 36 months.
External
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an executive role.
